The Ibanez GIO series GSR205B is a 5-string electric bass guitar featuring a GSR5 maple bolt-on neck and a mahogany body with a weathered black finish. The deep cutaway body allows for unencumbered access to the upper regions of the jatoba fingerboard, ensuring solid playability and stability. Other features include a B15 bridge, Dynamix humbucker pick-up, a Phat II EQ for an active bass boost, and black hardware.
